        PADs to replace Ring TCPs (currently 192 ports)
        Approximately 10 (18 ports each) at #3,500           10 x #3500   =   35,000

        Additions to 4065/4160 for use as Ethernet

        Upgrade off INtel Intellect, so that it can be used
