Volumes

This is the EMAS Volumes process, which handles removable volumes.
It also performs backup and archiving functions.

Files are:

readme.txt      This file.
vlink20.txt     OBEY file to link and fix Volumes.
vols20r.imp     Volumes source file (the only one!).
