Journal system

This is the EMAS Journal system. It post-processes system logfiles, analysing
and archiving them, and produces regular reports (e.g. warning of impending
hardware problems).

Files are:

fixes.txt       Late fixes.
journal.txt     Release document.
jpkas.imp       Journal system source part A.
jpkbs.imp       Journal system source part B.
jpkcs.imp       Journal system source part C.
jpkds.imp       Journal system source part D.
jpkes.imp       Journal system source part E.
linkobey.txt    OBEY file to link Journal system.
listijobs.imp   List Journal's internal job list.
readme.txt      This file.
tidyijobs.imp   Tidy and fix Journal's internal job list.
tovsn15s.imp    Conversion utility.
