Jobber

These files form the Scientific Jobber. This was a fast subsystem,
originally designed to reduce inter-job overhead on VME systems, but
also available on EMAS. The aim was to reduce job overheads on small
compile-and-run jobs (typically from students) by running them all in a
single enclosing job with a simple job control language and preloaded
compilers.

The files are not itemised as I don't have the memory or knowledge to do it;
however many are similar to the Edinburgh Subsystem modules.
