Page footings are set with the @3@@PAGEFOOTING@1
instruction which has the form:

@3@@PAGEFOOTING[LEFT "left", CENTRE "centre",
                               RIGHT "right"]@1

where @3left@1, @3centre@1 and @3right@1 are the texts of
entries to be placed respectively at the left,
centre and right of the page foot.

Any or all of the three fields may be
specified, eg:

@3@@PAGEFOOTING{CENTRE="DRAFT"}@1
