The @3@@PAGEHEADING@1 Instruction.

Page headings are set with the @3@@PAGEHEADING@1
instruction which has the form:

@3@@PAGEHEADING[LEFT "left", CENTRE "centre",
                               RIGHT "right"]@1

where @3left@1, @3centre@1 and @3right@1 are the texts of
entries to be placed respectively at the left,
centre and right of the page head.

Any or all of the three fields may be used,
eg:

@3@@PAGEHEADING{LEFT="@@VALUE(PAGE)",
             RIGHT="SCRIBE Reference Manual"}@1
