The @3SPREAD@1 keyword is used to to set the
distance between paragraphs within an
environment. The value of @3SPREAD@1 is added to
the value of @3SPACING@1 to give the inter
paragraph distance, eg:

@3..,SPREAD 0.1INCHES,..
..,SPREAD 0.5LINE,..@1

The default unit for @3value@1 is @3LINES@1.
