Cross-Referencing.

SCRIBE allows textual references both forward
and backwards, by page or section number
within the text.

The procedure is to mark a point which is to
be referred to with the appropriate command,
and then refer to it with another referencing
command.

Once again, all necessary counting is done by
SCRIBE.
