Page Headings and Footings.

It is also possible to have different page
hadings or footings on odd or even numbered
pages.

This is achieved by using the @3ODD@1 or @3EVEN@1
options with the @3@@PAGEHEADING@1 and @3@@PAGEFOOTING@1
commands. The form is:

@3@@command(LEFT="left",CENTRE="centre",
                      RIGHT="right",ODD/EVEN)@1

where @3command@1 is the relevant command, and 
@3ODD@1 or @3EVEN@1 control whether the footing or
heading appears on odd or even pages
respectively.
