The @3@@PAGEHEADING@1 Command.

The @3@@PAGEHEADING@1 command has the form:

@3@@PAGEHEADING[LEFT="left",CENTRE="centre",
                               RIGHT="right"]@1

where @3left@1, @3centre@1 and @3right@1 are the texts of
entries to be placed respectively at the left,
centre and right of the page head.

Any or all of the three fields may be used,
eg:

@3@@PAGEHEADING{LEFT="@@VALUE(PAGE)",
             RIGHT="SCRIBE Reference Manual"}@1
