The @3@@SET@1 Command.

The @3@@SET@1 command is used to set the value of
a counter, it has the form:

@3@@SET'counter=value'@1

where @3counter@1 is the counter to be set
and @3value@1 is either; the value by which
the counter is to be incremented if signed,
or the absolute value of the counter if
unsigned.
