Indexing Commands - @3@@INDEXMAIN@1.

@3@@INDEXMAIN@1 is almost the same as the @3@@INDEX@1
command; it has the form:

@3@@INDEXMAIN{text}@1

where @3text@1 is the text of the entry to be
inserted in the index.

The result is the same as for @3@@INDEX@1, except
that the page number is rendered in boldface
type, eg:

@3@@INDEXMAIN{Sectioning Commands}@1
