Indexing Commands - @3@@INDEX@1.

@3@@INDEX@1 is the simplest indexing command, it
has the form:

@3@@INDEX(text)@1

where @3text@1 is the text of the entry to be
inserted in the index.

The result is a sorted entry, with the first
letter capitalized and the page number at the
right of the entry, eg:

@3@@INDEX(SECTION Command)@1
