The @3@@SUBSECTION@1 command has the form:

@3@@SUBSECTION[title]@1

where @3title@1 is the title of the subsection
concerned, eg:

@3@@SUBSECTION[Facecode Environments]@1

A @3@@SUBSECTION@1 command produces a numbered,
boldface subsection heading, set off from the
surrounding text, and positioned at the left
margin.
