Sectioning Commands.

The numbering of sections is completely taken
care of by SCRIBE, and sections which are
subordinate to other sections are numbered
accordingly, thus, a @3SECTION@1 occuring within
a @3CHAPTER@1 will be numbered something like @34.1@1
if the @3SECTION@1 were the first in the fourth
@3CHAPTER@1.
