Document Types.

To summarise, several document types are
available, any of which may be selected with
the @3@@MAKE@1 directive, eg:

@3@@MAKE(TEXT)
@@MAKE{LETTER}
@@MAKE[ARTICLE]
@@MAKE"REPORT"
@@MAKE'MANUAL'@1

The @3@@MAKE@1 directive must come before any text
to be processed, and only one @3@@MAKE@1 directive
per file is allowed.
