Document Types.

There are two groups of document types, the
unsectioned documents and the sectioned
documents.

The sectioned documents allow the use of
special sectioning commands which enable
SCRIBE to set up (and count!) sections.

Contents pages are automatically generated
for certain sectioned documents, and indexes
can also be constructed.
