Document Types.

There are several document types available
within SCRIBE which offer the user different
facilities. A given document type is selected
with the @3@@MAKE@1 command, eg:

@3@@MAKE(documenttype)@1

where @3documenttype@1 is SCRIBE's name for the
type of document being prepared.

The @3@@MAKE@1 command must appear in the input
before any text to be processed.
