@3DESCRIPTION@1 is an 'itemising' environment,
like @3ENUMERATE@1 and @3ITEMIZE@1.

For each paragraph in the input, @3DESCRIPTION@1
produces a filled justified paragraph which
has a first line which is 'outdented' and
whose left margin is set further to the right
than usual.

If the tab directive (@3@@{{gimms(60)}}\{{gimms(13)}}@1) is used, the effect
is to produce a paragraph whose first word is
set off from the rest of the paragraph, thus
emphasising its position as a 'title' word
for the paragraph.
