Text Environments - Further Points.

Any excursion into an environment may be
bracketed with either the 'long' form (ie:
using @3@@BEGIN@1 and @3@@END@1), or the 'short form
(ie: @3@@environment(.....)@1).

It is probably good practice to limit use of
the 'short' form to those uses of an
environment which extend over only one line.
