The @3TEXT@1 Environment.

The @3TEXT@1 environment is SCRIBE's default
environment. It produces filled justified
paragraphs with indented first lines, eg:

@3@@BEGIN(TEXT)
This is the first paragraph of a fairly short
example of the TEXT environment.

This is the second paragraph of the same
short example.
