Running SCRIBE.

To run the SCRIBE program is easy, simply
enter the EMAS command:

     Command:@3SCRIBE(manuscript,document)@1

where @3manuscript@1 is the file containing the
text to be processed interspersed with the
SCRIBE formatting instructions, and @3document@1
is the file containing the processed text
formatted for the desired device.
