 This document is divided into 3 parts.  Chapters 1 to 3 provide a
 general introduction.  Chapters 4 to 15 describe the programmers
 interface to Director facilities.  The remaining chapters, 16 to 19
 list the operator commands relevant to Director, the contents of the
 system call table, record formats and error messages.
