IMP compiler

This is the EMAS 2900 'classic' IMP compiler.

The compiler is named NRIMP because it was the compiler for the ICL
2900, commonly known within ICL as 'New Range' to differentiate it from
the 'Old Range' (the 1900).

Files are:

nrimp10s.imp    IMP compiler source.
nrimpps9.imp    IMP phrase structure (use OLDPS to generate tables).
