The following is a list of the fonts, along with the corresponding pixel file
sizes loaded by LaTeX. LaTeX structures these fonts into type styles and sizes.
What you get when you type a SIZE command or a TYPESTYLE command is dependent
on the document style, the document size and the current size of the environment
that you are using. A further complication is that latexm is the default on
ecsvax and latex the default on cstvax; so for the same document style and size
produced on cstvax, different fonts will be used for the same document style and
size on ecsvax (although the fonts used be latexm are a subset of those loaded by
latex).
