A new version of DRAW which has been compiled by the new compiler is now
available.  If you @EDWIN:DRAW you get the old version, which is due to
go stiff at the week end (it is a V0 Imp program).  If you @EDWIN:SETUP
you get the new version.  Unfortunately it can't be added to VLSI:SETUP
at present, because there are then too many externals!

NB. The new version is Very bug-ridden because of the fact that there are
    more tests being done by the compiler, and unassigned variables which
    got though before now don't.  I have patched up the worst of these,
    but not all of them, especially to do with symbols.

Please try it & compile a list of bugs, which may be looked at by some
keen person sometime.

Note also, the user can select character rotation, but this is not yet
implemented, so although you can set it, DRAW can't cope with rotated text!
