This directory contains the code for GDMR's semi-portable TCP/IP stack, which ran on VAX/VMS (specifically ECSVAX
and ECUVAX) and on "mouse"-based Fred-machines. This is the Fred-machine version (the VMS version is nearby).
It's here because it made use of some of the utility procedures from the hierarchical filestore code.
