88 Polwarth Terrace Snagging List 1) Shower does not run hot except at very low volume. Themostatic valve defective ? 2) Temporary point for Gas Cooker in living room not reconverted to fire point as promised. 3) Poor quality plastering in Breakfast Room (and also in Boys room which is now decorated) 4) Poor quality repair work in Maids room where electrical fitments have been removed or relocated. 5) Kitchen cupboard has a hole in the back; also door repair very crude and made using a threshold piece which was not scrap and has had to be replaced at a cost of $2.49 6) Epoxy grout on tiles and Oak rail in kitchen and also on taps in Utility room. 7) Oven not properly in housing so fixing screws can not be inserted. Pipes at back cause obstruction. A hot oven moving out when the door is pulled is alarming! 8) Floor join poor between kitchen and breakfast room even after recall of plasters and boarding floor. Will soon cut thro lino. 9) Immersion heater still on temporary cable. Heat resistant cable never supplied. 10) Shelf not provided for triangular kitchen cupboard. 11) Cable left exposed in breakfast room after removing pipe box. Should be raggled into plaster. 12) Kitchen sink prone to blockage. Dirty water run from one full sink can ooze up into the other. 13) Shower roof not tiled. 14) Sealing ring fitted to kitchen sink but not to utility roon basin. The latter will leak when grout cracks.
