    This  command  provides  an  electronic mail service for EMAS users.
Messages can be exchanged with users on a  wide  variety  of  local  and
remote machines.

If you want a simple introduction, just type

      SIMPLE

in response to the 'View:' prompt.  To see a summary of commands, type

      COMMANDS

Whenever  you  see  '...more'  at the bottom of the screen, you may type
'return' to see the next screenful of information.

Type 'Q' when you have finished looking at this 'help' information.

If  you  need  further  information,  type  'return'  now  for a list of
contents.
