ECCE in BCPL

I have almost forgotten where I got this from.

I think it came from someone at the British firm STL (Satellite Technology
Limited?) who manufactured the Modular One and Satellite One minicomputers
(little white cubes). These machines were used (inter alia) for remote job
entry terminals in the 1970s, and I remember operating such an RJE station
from the University of Sussex, to London Regional Computing Centre, in
1993-1994. Perhaps Edinburgh had one too and that was the connection?

The only name in the files is that of an Ian Macmillan.
